Mira Sethi’s Craziest Workout

Pakistani actress and writer Mira Sethi is the perfect example of beauty with brains. Apart from being super educated, she is also very talented and loves working out, a habit she got into around 4 years ago.

As she continues to maintain a healthy lifestyle ever since she talks about the various workouts she follows to keep her in shape. 

“I go to the gym 4-5 days every week and my trainer keeps rotating between strength training, cardio and functional workouts. I also do the P90X workout, once a week,” says Mira Sethi, adding that loves to do work on her Abs as “the core area is developed and it’s a lot of fun doing that twice a week”.

While talking about the workout she hates, the diva continues saying, “People think I am in great shape, but I am very lazy and absolutely hate doing cardio workouts.”

As she remembered the craziest workout she has ever done, she says, “ I had to balance myself on 4 gym balls, for which you need insane core strength and balancing skills,” adding that she practised balancing her hands and tips of toes on the balls for 3 weeks. 

Despite being able to do it successfully, she says that this is a workout that requires proper training for someone to do it regularly. 

Just like any of us, Mira has her lazy days and when she’s not at the gym, you can find her eating dark chocolate ice cream. 

However, at the same time, she encourages people to remain patient, as results take time. 

“Don’t be hard on yourself. Adopt the mind over matter mantra in life and you would be surprised how much you can push your body. Once the results start coming in, life is great,” Mira concluded.

Mira’s workout is hardcore and is giving us palpitations but it’s also motivating us to hit the gym and build up towards this particular work out! More power to you Mira!!
