What We’re Making: Beef Stir Fry with Noodles

Stir fries are a go-to for many for a quick, healthy and balanced meal, and we’ve got the recipe for the perfect seasoning sauce. This recipe is versatile, as you can play around with your choice of protein, noodles and vegetables.

Ingredients:

2 packs of udon or any kind of noodles you want
200 grams of beef or any kind of protein you want, cut into 2 inch long pieces
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup shredded carrot
1 cup Shimeiji mushrooms

1/2 onion, sliced (use any vegetables you want, like broccoli or bell peppers)
2 teaspoon chopped ginger
2 teaspoon chopped garlic
2 stalk green onion, chopped
2 pinch of toasted sesame seeds
2 tablespoon vegetable oil

Sauce:


2 tablespoon light soy sauce
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce (optional)
1tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon Sake (can be omitted)

Method:


1. Heat up vegetable oil in a pan, sauté ginger, garlic, and onions then add your chosen protein to cook.
2. Add carrot, cabbage, and mushroom (or your chosen vegetables) to stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
3. Add udon or your chosen noodles to combine. Pour seasoning sauce over noodles. Bring a lid on for 2 minutes, allow noodles to loosen up and cook until the seasoning sauce is fully absorbed.
4. Remove the lid, toss and mix noodles and ingredients together. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. It’s ready to be served!
